In.addition, the Sery Safe certification requirement for all. <br /> Papermoon mpE y es.handling food has not been met. <br /> Sean Early stated that regarding the Papermo -Sear-Safe requirement, there.are five <br /> kitchen staff, two:of which have.completed.the pertification process, and th-e other three <br /> are in profess, slated for completion by 1-1/1.9/07. -Mr. Early Mated that.there-had been <br /> some confusion on.the part of the Papermn proprietor because of-a State guideline <br /> which ihdicat d that irk some instances the-us' of bare' hands In preparing food eras <br /> allowed. However,-after talking Frith Glen Hanington, Paperrnoon now fully understands <br /> that their employees handling food must. re r.glov s. Mr. Early asked that if the Board <br /> was inclined to take punitive measures against Pa p ermoon for the third offense a fine <br /> e considered a' opposed to.clsing the restaurant. <br /> Lucy Burton clarified for-Papermoon that the waft t staff as-well a the Kitchen staff were <br /> required to obtain Sear Safe certification, a result of the multiple critical violations that. <br /> have occurred at the restaurant. Sean Early assured the Board that by 11/30/07, all <br /> required staff t-Papermoon mould have completed their Serv.Safe certification training. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that all food handlers at Papermoon Restaurant must have <br /> completed their Sery Safe certification by 11/30/07 and that any future bare hands <br /> violations at Paperrnoon will result in a -day closing of the a tabli hment. Glenn <br /> Santos seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. sign Warrants. The Board members signed the warrants. <br /> .
