The abutting neighbor, Thomas Quinn, has appealed both orders of <br /> Conditions. Cape & Islands Engineering is in the appeal process to the 12/13/06 Order of <br /> Conditions and i 'requesting a orae-year extension on the septic permit in order to resolve the <br /> appealsissues.
