• <br /> Glen Harrington reported having made additional amendments to the document: <br /> Section 1, #2: Food service Establishment, line 2, changed the word `offering' to <br /> `providing'. <br /> Section 11, #2: needs to be reworded. Food should never be removed from <br /> temperature controls—a variance is required to do this. <br /> Section 111, #2: line 1; change the word `person' to `establishrnent' <br /> Approval of the draft wr'11 be continued to the next BOH meeting. <br /> . DRAFT—Food Inspection & EnforcementRegulation. .Glen Harrington stated <br /> that the regulation draft will incorporate suggested further amendments for approval at <br /> the net BOH meeting. <br /> . DRAFT Bodyworks Regulation.ulation. This draft will be continued for approval until the <br /> next BOH meeting. <br /> . Refuse container Regulation. Under Penalties section 11 1r here was a question <br /> on $100 fines per day. Glen Harrington stated that he will check to see if this is correct. <br /> Burton Caplan moved' F that the Board approve the efuse Container F egulation, subject <br /> to confirmation of the accuracy of the Penalties Section 11 (1). Lucy Burton seconded the <br /> motion. All approved. <br /> . Landfill update. R :- DBP re-installation of two wells that were destroyed. Glen <br /> Harrington reported that he had contacted Horsley &Witten, the engineering contractor <br /> overseeing the environmental compliance of the landfill. DEP reported that they want <br /> the northern-most well SGW 13 that had been destroyed by the composting machine, <br /> and SGW 3► cell destroyed over the winter, to be replaced. Request for bias will go out <br /> to do the work. Glen Harington stated that he will accompany the CEP on a planned <br /> site walk through. <br /> As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 PM. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ina G.
