Mr. Boudreau stated that he appeared <br /> before the site Review Committee and had an approval from the Site Plan Review <br /> Committee for this'Board to consider. Mr. Boudreau stated that he has submitted all the <br /> . <br /> information that the Board of Health requested, and has.met with the Building Commissioner, <br /> who has no additionaluesti ns r concerns. Town Counsel requested the Board of Health <br /> q - <br /> impose the following two conditions: <br /> 1 Should the owner of the property fail to tate occupancy of 225 Ashumet Road within 3 <br /> days from the date of Board of Health approval, the applicant shall be required to apply for <br /> and obtain a Kennel License at the current location of 587Main Street. Said permit shall be <br /> obtained within the following 3 -day time frame. <br /> 2 Obedience lessons for eah+liensed dog shall be required during the first three months <br /> f obtaining a Kennel License. Said lessons shall take place on a weekly basis. <br /> The Board of health motioned to add the following two.conditions: <br /> 1 All kennel gates shall be self-closing <br /> 2 Final approved plan shall be attached to the kennel permit <br /> i <br /> Attorney Rob Mills introduced himself t l'the card as representing the abutters, r. Mrs. <br /> Carmen Shag. Mr. Mills stated'that he had'no further concerns but was present merely to <br /> ensure that he-would be aware of any neer conditions added to the Personal Kennel <br /> Conditions document. <br /> Mr. Boudreau stated that there were two additional amendments to the find plan that was <br /> approved. The final decision changed here the chain link fencee ryas going to go; and also <br /> there was a requirement of a 3 ft. underground,concrete footing around the kennel. Mr. <br /> Boudreau stated that the chain limo fence will not extend over the edge of the concrete <br /> footing. <br /> Lucy Burton stated that the approval process for the kennel had been a very difficult and <br /> emotional decision for all involved, and thanked all applicants for their willingness to meet all <br /> the requirements requested. Lucy Burton stated that she hoped everything goes smoothly <br /> going forward, and that there is never any issue concerning the kennel. <br /> i <br />
