The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that no further action is necessary on the issue of the blower <br /> located at 48 Fells Pond Road. John Jasset— e: Big John's Hot Dog Cart <br /> Glen Harrington stated that Echo Road mobile unit owner Mr. McGee had informed him <br /> that the lease for Big John's Cart at Echo Fad had been broken by John Jasset. 14r. <br /> McGee provided Glen Darrington with a copy of the breaking of the agreement. The <br /> McGees do not have a permit for the cart and are actively trying to sell ft. Glen <br /> Darrington reported that veronica Warden has o ndu #ed inspections-of Big John s Cart <br /> at the Ilashpee Commons location on two recent occasions, and Mr. Jasset was at the <br /> cart both times. The Board agreed that no further action regarding the cart was required <br /> at this time. <br /> 3. Human Resources Letter Fel . <br /> Beton Kaplan noted receipt of a letter from the Mashpee Human Resources Director <br /> asking the Board to ensure that no meetings are canceled without notifying the Board <br /> secretary in order to avoid unnecessary secretarial salary costs. <br /> 4. Thank-You Letter from K.C. coombs— FYI <br /> Burton Kaplan noted receipt of a thank you letter from the I .C. Coombs PTO, <br /> expressing gratitude to the Board for assisting in narking the Family-Food Festival event <br /> possible. The event raised $1500, and the PTCA is looping forward to hosting it again <br /> next year. <br /> S.
