Warrants. Board members signed the warrants. <br /> . Review Public session Minutes: 4/13/11 <br /> Amendments were ,made to the B H Public Session minutes of 4/13/11. Approval of the <br /> minutes was continued to the next meeting with full Board attendance. <br /> 3. Request for Outdoor seating: Ta aloes restaurant <br /> Glen Harrington commented that the restaurant is not changing its menu,just requesting <br /> approval for an additional four tables with four chairs each, to be provided at the southern end of <br /> the existing restaurant. The rear screen door at the kitchen is proposed to be utilized for service <br /> f food from the kitchen. No ,material of construction is noted for the walkway from the kitchen <br /> r the food service seating area. A solid consistent washable patio surface should be provided <br /> in the seating area and a solid surface should be provided at the walkway to mitigate dust <br /> production. The septic system is constructed to handle the increase in seating. <br /> Burton Kaplan made a ,notion that the Board approve the outdoor seating request submitted b <br /> Taylor's Restaurant, subject to the following conditions: <br /> (1) constructing patio with a finished solid consistent washable/cleanable surface <br /> (2) a walkway of solid material <br /> (3) comers for the tables, either umbrellas or awning <br /> (4) septic inspection <br /> (5) if the screen door is not maintained, thea an air door will be required <br /> (6) If seating is less than 10 ft. to the driveway, a barrier may be necessary to prohibit <br /> dust migration into the seating area <br /> l alliope Egloff seconded the motion. The ,notion was unanimously approved. <br /> . equest'for 2011 Trash Hauler's License: Waste Solutions, Inc. (cont'!) <br /> Glen Harrington stated that Town Counsel had offered guidance based on the information <br /> presented from Allied and the tipping report from Bourne Landfill. Kalliope Egloff stated that <br /> options available to the Board at this time regarding Waste Solutions violations included a fine, <br /> dismissal of the case, or continuance of the hearing until a full Board is present. <br />
