A <br /> J <br /> Lucy Burton commented that mobile food trucks are meant to be mobile, but it gets expensive <br /> permitting with each town every year. FIs. Burton stated that she would like to see something <br /> regional for those who want it. <br /> 3. I/A Compliance— Enforcement Policy. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that the first stern on the Enforcement Policy, having the "Hower or the <br /> System Off' when it is inspected, is a Warning. The system is to be on all the time. The second <br /> offense i $50, the third i $100, and each offense thereafter i $300. <br /> A fee of$350 per missed event will be imposed for the second offense, the third offense, and <br /> thereafter for"No Contract/'No Sampling" <br /> "Failure to Report Results"first offense is a Warning, the second $50, the third $100, and thereafter <br /> $300. <br /> Burton Kaplan commented that the owners of I/A Systems should receive a copy of the Enforcement <br /> Policy. Glen Harrington stated that Barnstable County notifies the homeowner on the violations of the <br /> I A System. Nor. Harrington commented that Brian Baumgartel does a great job explaining the <br /> regulation. <br /> Burton Kaplan made a unction that the Board of Health approve the I A Enforcement Policy a <br /> presented with some minor changes. The second, third, and thereafter offense on "No Contract" "No <br /> Sampling' is $300.00 rather than $350.00. Calliope Egloff secondiad-the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> . Visible Ieolals and Commodity Iters. <br /> Kalliope Egloffstated that she goes to all of the transfer stations and the dump on a regular basis. <br /> One of the aspects of all of the other transfer stations and the dump that she sees but-does not see <br /> in I lashpee is oversight of the tapping. Ms. Egloff commented that people are throwing away things <br /> that should not be placed with the household trash. Ids. Egloff stated that she would like to have <br /> someone present at the h ashpee Transfer Station'that knows how to dispose all the waste that <br /> people bring. <br /> . Mashpee Family Picnic. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that the Family Picnic and Fireworks are corning up. There will be 13 <br /> food vendors, 8 of which.have temporary permits and the others have either a mobile or catering <br /> permit. , <br /> Burton Kaplan made a motion that the Burd of Health adjourn the meeting of June 27, 2012. <br /> Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion.
