II EZ Fealty, Inc. v. Mashpee Board of Health —Nater. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that there is n information for discussion on this subject at this time. <br /> 4 <br /> . 38 saddleback Road— Nuisance Violation and Fines. <br /> Burton Caplan commented that one of the issues regarding 38 Saddleback load is to reaffirm <br /> the $2,800 in accrued fines, modify the fines, or rescind the fines; and the second issued is t <br /> ascertain how will the fines be collected? <br /> Glen Harrington stated that the buyer has agreed to pay the fine as a condition for the closing of <br /> the property, and the money has already been escrowed. Mr. Harrington-commented that the <br /> Bank no longer owns the property, and the buyer is requesting that the-fine be reconsidered. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that the fine was for Sanitary Code violations--carpeting, wood, propane <br /> tank, doors. The property was a-mess. The violation-was $50 a day for non-compliance. The <br /> new buyer has cleaned up the property and warts to transfer the property without fines or <br /> potential future reprisals. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that the Burd of Health keep the fines ars is on 38 Saddleback <br /> Road. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved, <br /> Roll Call Mote: Kalliope Egloff, yes; Lucy Burton, yes; Burton Caplan, yes. <br /> Lucy Burton made a Lotion that the Board of Health Executive Session be adjourned.- Calliope <br /> Egloff seconded the motion.
