Paragraph <br /> 1-ine 3 ,, Deletes the name, " or'est ifford".,. corrected <br /> to <br /> "Horace ifford # " <br /> Minutes accepted as corrected . <br /> III REPORTS : <br /> Budget : Joanne reported that they had hired Jeff Green, <br /> computer person to help Ann with the Internet . Ann reported <br /> that he seems to have the Internet straightened out , the e-mail <br /> and the address book.. Jeff feels that they might possibly have <br /> hardware pro l.ems or Windows 95 problems . <br /> Joanne reported that they had purchased a color printer, and <br /> 11 <br /> they hoped to be able to o their own newsletter within the <br /> nexty ear . They had also purchased some seftwear . They hope <br /> to purchase a program to do with genealogy this year . <br /> Joanne explained in regard to this � years budget , they were ap- <br /> proved for $6 , 000, which actually comes to $5 , 640 . <br /> The telephone ' <br /> amount was withheld from all of the department budgets . The <br /> historical commission also has their own telephone bill that is <br /> connected with the Internet .
