' change meeting date to <br /> 3/20/02 <br /> Minutes accepted as- corrected. <br /> IIT BUDGET: Copies of the FY 2002 Budget were passed out to the <br /> meeting. Discussion'. <br /> Rosemary Burns moved that they accept the budget as prepared. <br /> Jack Crowley seconded. All in- favor. So roved. <br /> IV REPORTS: <br /> A. South Iashpee :School <br /> 1. Restoration: ,Ann stated that they had reached their <br /> $50 , 000 goal for the restoration of the couth ' ahpee <br /> School. The Harri8 Boys, Frank Hicks-' . grandsons have <br /> donated $1,000 in Frank' s name. A- photo of Frank will <br /> he taken in the nursing home accepting the cheep from <br /> his- grandsons. <br /> Ann plans to met with Mr. Pritchard tomorrow and tr r <br /> to get a completion date. The H. ce still owes Mr. <br /> Pritchard $7,000 . <br /> Ann explained that Sunny merit is stepping down as <br /> president of the women' s club. She would like the <br /> schoolhouse completed under her watch. Axon suggested <br /> that 'if they shold have -an open house dor the school- <br /> house, it pr bahly should be before September, or <br /> early September. Ann suggested that the commission <br /> ren, ers think about a slate when all members can be <br /> there. Ann explained that besides. the historical <br /> commission and the women' s club, Ann believed that <br /> they had fourteen thousand dollar donors . : The women' <br /> club has promised a plaque to those $1 ,000 donors., <br /> It appears that the wox-en' s .club has won the c x - <br /> munit r service award for the old schoolhouse. <br />
