Chairperson, Lee <br /> Gurney-presided. <br /> Commissioners Present: Rosemary Burns, Lee Gurney, Gordon Peters, and Gail <br /> Slattery. <br /> Commissioners Absent: Frank Lord and Sunny Merritt. <br /> Rosemary moved that we accept the Minutes of the October 29th meeting, as <br /> corrected, and her motion was approved. <br /> Our Budget status for 2008 fiscal year is good. The only pending expense is for a few <br /> new books purchased by Lee Gurney for the Archives library. <br /> Under Administration, vire plan to send a form letter to various Cape cod tourist <br /> publications with the correct information about the Mashpee Historical Commission, <br /> specifically; dates and times vire are open, our telephone'number, and email address to <br /> encourage more visitors net tourist season. <br /> We need to write a letter to the Town Manager and Board of Selectmen asking them to <br /> appoint Gail Slattery as the Commission's new representative on the CPA Committee, <br /> and Lee,Gurney as the Com m ission's representative for the Mas hpee Historic District <br /> Commission. <br /> Gail Slattery, assisted by Torn Mayo of the Planning Department, prepared a pictorial <br /> display which focuses on the Historic District. It will remain on display at the Mashpee <br /> Post Office. <br />
