Minutes of the Meetir� <br /> of the Mashpee Housing Authority <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> November 9, 1995 <br /> The meeting of the Mashpee Housing Authorityrd of Commissioners was cafled to order at <br /> 7:03 p.m.and a quorum declared with the following members present: Stu Peoples,Antoinette <br /> Brooks,James Long, Constance Mitis and Karen Judd. Also in attendance was Carolyn A.Reed, <br /> Executive Director. <br /> A motion was made by Antoinette Brooks and seconded by Karen Rudd to accept the Minutes of <br /> the Regular fleeting held on October 1.2, 1995. The motion was adopted. <br /> Conunissioners reviewed the account balances;accounts payables and monthly budget to actual <br /> report and narrative prepared by Tom Joy. Total accounts payables for November is$8,728.90. <br /> Included is the water bill which represents six months. Ms.Reed will distribute information <br /> n water conservation to 705 residents. Ms.Rudd suggested obtaining information from MASS <br /> Save by contacting Colonial Gas and ComElectric and distributing same to residents. The budget <br /> to actual narrative reports no unusual expenditures and indicates that we are still operating <br /> under FY95 budget because FY96 budget has not been approved by EOCD. <br /> Tenant Delinquency--tenant has been served with a forty-eight hour notice to vacate unit <br /> {court ordered judgement fo posse cion; two residents are on a►repayment plan--one has fafled <br /> to maintain agreement and a 14 Day Notice to Quit for non.-payment has been issued. <br /> Anticipate another vacancy at the 705 site due to the Transitional Housing participant leaving the <br /> program. <br /> One vacancy at the 795 site was tenanted on November 1, 1995. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> FY'95 Revised budget has been approved and received from ROOD. <br /> F '96FY96 budget has not been approved clue to our request to wai <br />
