OLID BUSINESS: <br /> Evaluation Committee: Mrs. Mills and Mrs. roofs volunteered to serve as a c committee charged <br /> Frith developing appropriate forms and setting goals to evaluate the Executive Director. <br /> Committee ittee meet with theDirector prior to the June meeting at which tine the full Board wi <br /> evaluate and negotiate new contract with the Director. <br /> motion was mace by Mr. Long and seconded by Mrs.Mills authorizing the <br /> Executive Director to execute,on behalf of the Mashpee Mousing Authority,the <br /> fniation Agreement between the l lashpee Housing authority and the Department <br /> Af �' <br /> of Mental Health. The motion carried. 4 <br /> Executive Director EvaluationCommittee—Constance Mills and Antoinette Brooks volunteered <br /> to sit on this committee charged with the responsibility of developing a tool to effectively evaluate <br /> the Executive Director. <br /> By-Law Com ittee-4im Long and Constance Mills volunteered to sit on this committee. <br /> Committee will review currentBy-Laws and hig ght suggested areas of change for fun Board <br /> approval. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Election of ofd � <br /> officers as postpone until June meeting due to upcoming Town elections. <br /> of <br /> YY'96 budget revision will be addressed subsequent to EOCD'spreview and approval/denial <br /> request for Executive Director's salary increase. If not approved,there will be no need for a <br /> revision. <br /> A motion was made by Mr.Long and seconded by Ms.Rudd to approve/adopt the <br /> new State Income Limits and Fair Market Rents FMIV9 . The notion carried. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOWS REPORT: <br /> Ms.Reed is in theP rocess of obtaining regtdred number of quotes to address the termite problem <br /> at 667-1 site. Once all quotes have been obtained will contact and apply to EOCD for emergency <br /> funding. <br /> At the hoard's suggestion,will continue to meet with Mrs.Mills and Barbara I oro,DMR to <br /> pursue 689 project. <br /> The next r e timg of the Board of Commissioners was set for Thursday,June 13, 1996. <br /> There beim no further business to come before the Board,a motion was made by 11�ir,,Long <br /> 'I h g <br /> and seconded by Mrs.Mills to adjourn.
