The motion carried, <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Account Balances as of 9/3096 Bank Staterttettt: <br /> :10001 $ 9,555.08 (Cltecl ing) $11.681.92 (Savings) <br /> M R P $3 7.140.0 <br /> section 9 $23,920.60 <br /> 'rltc Director cxplaitied that the accou n ts payables total exceed the balance i 1 tite 40001 clte l ing account <br /> date to MHA reimbursing DdCD$11,889.47.47 in subsidy overpayment which will be transferred out of <br /> M.R P(pro-ration owed to 40001 for the year). <br /> Effective 12/96, ail pro-rations and transfers from Section 8 and 11 R P accounts into 40001 account will. <br /> be done on a monthly basis rather than yearl%F as in the past. Budget to Actual showed expenses in accord <br /> wilh annual operating budget--there were no extraordinary expenses. Fulure Budget to Actual Report will <br /> reflect prcccding month because bank statements are riot available its a timely manner. Ms. Ru dd <br /> sriggested that Kank balances for Section 9 and I R P show landlord disbursements and any transfer <br /> -activity. M s. Rudd qticstiotied the Fact that lite item 4 110 and 44 ltt are slightly under budget. Ms. Reed <br /> adN ised that she belie -es this is date to Lite difference in Carol Cavatorta and Theresa Bari I's salaries; and, <br /> the Fact Mat Carolyn Turner took off a iveck without pay: how-mr, she will check with Tom.log-. <br /> Tenant rents and/or repayntent plats are current and up to date, <br /> Accounts pa%cables were revimed and approvcd for paymcni. <br /> motion was made by]yrs. Nulls and seconded by Nis. Rudd to accept the Treasurer's Report a <br /> presented. The motion carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> lis. Mills reminded the Board that the evaluation letter for the Director and Board set goals have not been <br /> completed as va. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Ms. Deed advised the Board that site has been contacted by Roberta Strongin, Assistant Director of Project <br /> Development Unit, DHCD inquiring as to witctlter or not the I1 a ltpee dousing Authority acus still <br /> interested in pursuing a spccial needs dcvelopment. Monies are the result of a grant provided to another <br /> housing authority that was not completed-and recapture by DdCD. Funding would be for four(4)units at <br /> approximately$85,000 per unit.
