t � <br /> 5 <br /> Minutes of the Meeting <br /> of the Maslipee Housing Authority <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> November 1 , 1996 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. and a qu r m declared with the following members <br /> in attendance: Stu Peoples, Karen Rudd, Constance Mills, Annette Brooks and J11-11 Long. Also <br /> in attendance was Carolyn A. Reed, Executive-Director and Terry Baril, Administrative Assistant. <br /> A motion wasande by Ms. Rudd and seconded by Mr. .Long to accept the Minutes of the <br /> Regular Meeting held on October 10, 1996. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> ACCOUnt Balances as of 10/31/96 Bank Statement: <br /> 40001 - 6,970.99 -.-. Checking $1 1,713,67 --- Savings <br /> M.RVP $26,249.42 (Outstanding landlord checks=$1 ,916.00) <br /> Section 8 $21,841.39 (Outstanding landlord checks—$12,951.00) <br /> Additionally, pro-ration reimbursement to 40001 account from MRVP and Section 8 i <br /> $1,850.00 and $31,025.00. <br /> Director for advised that there is not budget to actual this month due to transition of reporting i <br /> periods to reflect preceding months. Ms. Reed will check with the fee accounting to confiri <br /> explanation of the under budget items in administrative s .lari s--specifically the Director's. <br /> Tenant rents and/or repayment plans, with one exception are current and up to date. There is <br /> currently one fourteen day notice to quit for nor-payment. <br /> Accounts Payables were reviewed and approved for payment. <br /> motion was made by Ms. Rudd and seconded by Mr. Long to accept the Treasurer' <br /> Report as presented, exclusive of the Budget to Actual Report. The motion was adopted. <br /> OLD BUSINESS- <br /> Mr. Peoples distributed copies ofletter of commendation, in lieu of f6rni l evaluation, for Carolyn <br /> Reed. Discussion thea centered around future evaluation and measurable goals to be set. Mr, <br /> Peoples suggested that the original committee charged with evaluating the Director to review the <br /> goals Ms. Beed set for herself, develop quantitative things, engage in dialogue with the director <br /> and formulate measurable goals for the purpose of evaluating Ms. Reed 7/1/97.
