Absent was James Lofig and Antoinette Drool . Also in attendance was Carolyn A. Reed, Executive Director. motion Was made by Ms. Rudd and 'seconded by Mrs. Mills to accept the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on 1 o er 14, 1996. The motion carried. TREASURER'S CPORT: Budget to Actual Report (reflecting month of October)--subsequent to question posed last meeting by Ms. Rudd, Tom Joy corrected the adni,in. salary discrepancy and the maintenance labor will always be a variable because ofthe vacation week without pay taken by Carolyn Turner. There is one non-routine enditure--repla emeiit of a refrigeratot at the 705 project. IVIS. Rudd provided Board with written report of the Evaluation Committee Which met on December 31.,, 1996. The repoil state that although some of the goa19 suggested have already begun to b implemented, it is important that target dates be given As a tneasutement for completion. These goals, if approved by the Board Will be reviewed oh the individual completion: dates and the entire list reviewed at the annual e'valtiation. review on May 8, 1997. 1.
