wr . <br /> Minutes of the Meeting <br /> the Mashpee Housing Authority. <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> December 115 1997 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:42 p.m. and a quorum declared with the following members <br /> in attendance: Karen A. Rudd, Constance Mills, Stu Peoples and Marie Younger. Excused was <br /> Jessie Fermino. Also in attendance'was Carolyn A. Deed, Executive Director; Cheryl Burke and <br /> Carol Redmond, Resident Association representatives. <br /> A motion was may by Mrs.Mills and seconded by Ms. Younger to accept the Minutes or the <br /> Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on November 13, 1997 with the <br /> Following correction....." [notion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by .s. Ferinino <br /> to approve the ACC Contracts for MRVP Mobility, Project used and Alternative Housing <br /> programs. The motion carried." The motion carried with correction. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Account Balances as of 12/9/97: <br /> 40001 $ 5,247.10 (Checking) (Savings) <br /> MRVP $32fi23.86 <br /> Section 8 $25,885.27 <br /> Pet Savings 436.08 <br /> Budget to Actual shoved expenses are in accord with annual operating budget (still working on <br /> ' '96 budget). There were no extraordinary expenses during the month of October, 1997. Toy <br /> has begun the Budget to Actual report on an accrual basis. <br /> Account parables were reviewed and approved for parent--Ms. feed was asked to obtain a <br /> copy of the advertisement for the position of Administrative Assistant from the Cape Cod Times <br /> and the Mashpee Enterprise. <br /> Tenant rents and/or repayment plan(s) are current and up to date as follows: <br /> Resident #I--previous balance of$1,020 has brought arrearage down to $28 and her rent <br /> a <br /> is current. <br /> Resident #2--Referred to Attorney Grace, who looped at the original execution. The <br /> judge ordered court agreement for six months only, which the residents maintained. The <br /> eviction process has to begin again with a Private Conference scheduled for 12/16/97. n <br /> 12/9/97 the resident paid December rent and $1,100 on the arrearage leaving a balance of <br /> $1,960. She will be served the 14 Dr Notice to Quit during her private conference and <br /> the process will continue un' til she either cures or a judgement is obtained. <br />
