Minutes of the Meeting <br /> Mashpee Housing Authority <br /> Board Comrmoners T <br /> August 13, 1998 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairperson at :30 p.m. and a quorum <br /> declared with the following members present: Karen A. Rudd, Marie Younger, E. Stuart <br /> Peoples, and Lord-l=intcn. others in attendance included: Leila Botsford, Executive <br /> Director; Excused: Constance Mills. <br /> SECRET I Y S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on July 9, 1998 were presented. Motion was.made <br /> by IIT. Peoples and seconded by lis. Younger to accept the minutes as presented. <br /> The action was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: These were.presented.to the Board for review, as well <br /> as the written treasurer's report. Mrs. Botsford reported that the accountant reported <br /> no extraordinary expenses-and that we were in very good shape as a non-subsidized <br /> agency. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling-$5,448.82 were presented to the Board for <br /> review, approval and signatures. <br /> Fent elin ue cies: Mrs. Botsford reported that there were no-rent delinquencies at <br /> all. All of the 705 tenants that were delinquent have paid there balances in full. <br /> action-was made-by Ids. Younger-and seconded.by Mr. Peoples to accept.the. <br /> Secretary's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> PROGRAM PATE: <br /> Hor a er Vil .(667)-.. Mrs. Botsford-re ported.that the cornplex is.at fu l <br /> occupancy and that a lot has taken place in the past month. She stated that she <br /> has received several complaints from tenants.regarding other tenants- using <br /> handicapped spaces without the required plate or Windshield card and/or tenants <br /> not using their "assigned" spots. Ms. Botsford has.taken a surrey-on who needs <br /> a parking space and of those who has a handicapped plate or card. She will be <br /> analyzing the parking situation and make changes as necessary. Mrs. Botsford <br /> reported that the flag pole has been moved to directly behind the Homeyer <br /> Village sign where the flag will. not be.damaged by trees. Window ashing is set <br /> to be done at the end of the month. she reported that many tenants have <br /> complained about the building's.appearance and the fact that it is.in meed of a <br />
