410 <br /> T 0 A?ISI 0 F- MAS1- <br /> Minutes of the Meeting TOW N CLERK <br /> MASH HOUSING AUTHORITY . . <br /> 8 <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> June 9, 1999 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairperson, at 5:37p.m. and a quorum declared with <br /> the following members present: E. Stuart Peoples, Lorre Finton, Gina Orlando, Laverne <br /> Williams, and Marie Younger. Others In attendance included: Leila Botsford, Executive. <br /> Director, Lois Barthel,Cheryl Burke, Nancy loon, Pearl Sullivan, Barbara Moreau, and <br /> Pauline Jeffries, residents of Homeyer Village. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on May 13, 1399 ere-presented. Motion was made by Ms. � <br /> Williams and seconded by Ms. Finton to accept the minutes as presented. The motion <br /> was adopted* <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Bud&et to Actual and Narrative.- The Budget to Actual Report which reflects the eleventh <br /> month of the fiscal year was presented to the Board for review. The accountant report <br /> reflected that there were no extraordinary expenses in this month. Mgrs. Botsford presented <br /> the written treasurer's reports for the current month and pointed out the increased interest <br /> MHA is receiving due to the transfers of funds from the checking account to the savings <br /> account. <br /> Accounts l : Payables totaling$9,408.42 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and sutures. Mrs. Botsford ported out one especially high payment which was <br /> for the carpeting of the 705 unit on Old Barnstable Road. <br /> ._Del n�. Mrs. Botsford reported that there were no rent delinquencies at either <br /> development. A. Motion was made by Ms. Vinton and seconded by Ms. Williams to accept <br /> the Secretary's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> PROGRAM UPDATE: <br /> tLomgyer dill a (667): Mrs. Botsford reported that the tenant who gave notice to move by <br /> the beginning of the month is staying a little longer, but should be moved out by the end of <br /> this weekend. The next resident has been selected to fill that vacancy, has seen the unit, and <br /> has accepted the offer. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she has finished up the waiting list update to purge the waiting <br /> lists and is to the process of removing names of applicants who either did not respond, asked <br /> that they be removed, or their nail was returned. <br />
