Minutes of the Meeting <br /> MASHPEE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> February 3, 2000 <br /> The ming was called W order by the chairperson at : Bp.m. and a quorum declared with <br /> the following members present: Marie Younger, Lord Finton, E. Stuart Peoples, and Laverne <br /> Williams, Gina Orlando was excused. Also in attendance was Lelia Botsford, Executive <br /> Director. <br /> S 'ARN"S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on December 9,, 1999 were presented. Notion was made <br /> by Ms. Proton and seconded by Mse Wi111arns to awe t the minutes as presented <br /> The motion was adopted* <br /> AS REWS REPORT: <br /> BUdgCj-.tD-&Wa1 gn Narra , Ir . Botsford stated that she has received the budget back <br /> from DHCD fully approved, The Budget to Actual Report was presented to the Board, which <br /> represented the seventh month of the Fiscal Year. Mrs, Botsford stag that all line-items were <br /> within budget and that, since DHCD has approved the FY 2000 budgets the fee accountant is <br /> now using this year's budget figures. Mrs. Botsford reported than since it was so early in the <br /> month, the bank statements had not yet been received so she will have a written Treasurer's <br /> Report next month. <br /> Acoots-Pavabig: Payables totaling $9,064.62 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures, <br /> R&nj. ' Mrs. Botsford stated that, since It was only the P of the month, rents that <br /> had not been paid yet could not be reported as delinquent. The 705 tenant who had been <br /> delinquent last month, did pay the rent. A Motion was made by Mr. Peoples and <br /> seconded by Ms. Pluton to accept the is report as presented, The rnoto <br /> was ado�d, <br /> PRC*RAM UPDATED <br /> jigMaWMIlagg : Mrs. Botsford reported that the Hoc eyer village Holiday Pam was a <br /> pot-luck dinner this year and was very well attended. She repand that Fair-wids Carolers <br /> rave W carol for the residents again this year. Bingo is stili a monthly recreation activity being <br /> offered; Mrs. Botsford reported that rererti cabons were almost all done for all residents at <br /> omeyer villager <br /> ld,rrgghiRoAd,LZOQ; Mrs, Botsford reported that she was in the process of doing <br /> reertifications for all residents at Breezy Acres. <br />
