Minutes of the Meeting <br /> MASHPEE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> July 13, 2000 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairperson at 5:35p.m, and a quorum declared <br /> with the following members present: Lora Finton, E. Stuart Peoples, and Mary Likins. <br /> i Ms. Williams was absent. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive Director. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on June 8, 2000 were presented. Motion was made <br /> by Mr. Peoples and seoondec! by Ms. Likins to accept the minutes as <br /> presented. The motion was adopfied. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual, nd Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided the board with written reports <br /> regarding bank balances. The Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee- <br /> accountant, was presented to the Board, which represented the twelfth month of the <br /> fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford reported that all line-items were within budget and that, in <br /> fact,, the extraordinary maintenance items that had been done came in under-budget by <br /> more than $2,200.00. <br /> Accounts Payables_ Payables totaling $13,7Q3.93 were presented to the Board for <br /> review, approval and signatures. Mrs. Botsford reported that there were no unusual or <br /> extraordinary accounts payable this month. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Basford stated that all rents at both developments have <br /> been paid in full., A Motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Ms. <br /> Likins to accept the Secretary"s report as presentied. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> PROGRAM UPDATE: <br /> Homever Village 1657): Mrs. Botsford reported that this pack month Bingo was held as <br /> usual and there was also an Ice Cream Social. Mrs. Botsford announced that Homeyer <br /> Village would have its annual cookout on Saturday, July 29, Mrs. Botsford reported that <br /> she had her bi-monthly meeting with the residents, which was pretty well attended. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that the parking lot expansion job is almost done and signs have <br /> been ordered to clearly mark the resident parWing spots and the office and visitors` <br /> spots. <br /> Breen/ Acres (705): Mrs, Botsford reported that mulch has been spread and residents <br /> have been reminded of their responsibility of taking care of their yard/lawn areas. <br /> Misc.: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> I <br />
