E. Stuart Peoples, Mary Li ins, Lorri <br /> Finton, and Laverne Williams. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive Director, <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on January 11, 2001 were presented. Motion was <br /> made by Mr. Peoples and seconded Leys,. 1I iliums to accept the minutes as <br /> presented, The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASU EWS REPORT: <br /> Budget.to Actual and Narrative. Mrs. Botsford provided the board with written reports <br /> regarding bank balances as well as the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee- <br /> accountant, which represented the seventh month of the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford <br /> pointed out that all expenditures were within budget. <br /> Accounts P ables. Payables totaling $10,573.82 were presented to the Board for. i <br /> review, appr-oval and signatures'. i <br /> 4 - <br /> F ent Delinquencies, Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer <br /> Village and at Breezy Acres. A Motion was made by Ms, Williams and seconded <br /> by Ms. Likens to accept the secretary's report as presented. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> PROGRAM UPDATE. <br /> H gyer village (66Z): hers. Botsford reported that this past month there was Bingo, <br /> s usual. Mrs. Botsford reported that the exterior motion-sensor lights have been <br /> r <br /> installed and all mailbox lochs have been replaced. She is still working on getting the <br /> computer station up and running. <br /> Breezy Acres (705): Mrs, Botsford reported that attorney Pat Grace is working with her <br /> on the eviction of one resident at Breezy Acres, due to lease violations. <br /> Mise,.. hers. Botsford reported that she attended the meetings for the SHADO (small <br /> Housing Authority Directors organization), CHOO (cape Fjousi Officials organization), <br /> SMEDA (Southeastern Mass, Executive Director's Ass ration, the cape cod <br /> Neighborhood Support Coalition (CCNSC), the I lashpee Human services council <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
