They are available in her office. <br /> Rent Delinquencies:s: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer <br /> Village and one resident has not yet paid at Breezy Acres. A Motion was made by <br /> Ids. Williams and seconded by Ms Li ras to accept the secretary's report a <br /> presented,. Mrs, Botsford reported that the chef from Optimum care came to do another <br /> cooking demonstration for the residents, It was very ► ell attended. Mrs. Botsford <br /> reported that she had her regular meeting with residents and discussed the budget <br /> submission, tenant complaints (reminder that MHA will only accept complaints in <br /> writing),, gardening rules, and confidentiality. she also offered computer training to <br /> interested tenants. Mrs. Botsford reported that the annual Flower Power program was a <br /> success again. About 11 residents care and made container gardens for their patios or <br /> garden area. Mrs. Botsford also reported that window bones and the front garden area <br /> were planted with overs. <br /> neer Acres/705. The transitional unit at Bre Acres has been filled and there <br /> may be one other if the one who we are in the process of evicting moves out. Flowers <br /> were planted in the entrance, in the whiskey barrels, and along the fencing, <br /> Mise. Mrs. Botsford reported that she was notified by the Cape cod Commission that <br /> our application for a Technical Assistance Grant has been approved. We will receive <br /> $3,,000.00 to hire a consultant to conduct a site and feasibility study of our existing 705 <br /> property. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she attended the meetings for the SHADO (Small Housing <br /> Authority Directors organization), SMF (southeastern Mass.
