Lora Fulton, B. Stuart Peoples, Mary <br /> Likins, and LaVerne Williams, Also in attendance was Leila Botsford,, Executive Director. <br /> SE I ETA "S SEP T. <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on September 13, 2001 were presented. A notion <br /> was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Ms. Williams to accept the <br /> minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> T EASU EWS REPORT. <br /> Budget.to Aqual__znd Narrative: Mrs, Botsford provided the board with the Budget to <br /> Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represented the third month of <br /> the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford pointed out that all expenditures were within budget, with <br /> the exception of the maintenance salaries. she explained that since this year's budget <br /> had not yet been approved we were using budget numbers from last year's approved <br /> budget. The maintenance man`s salary was adjusted as required by the Dept. of Labor <br /> and Industries and until the current year budget is approved, the line item will be over- <br /> spent due to the mandatory salary increase. Mrs, Botsford explained that she could not <br /> prepare a written treasurer's report with regards to the bank accounts, because the <br /> band statements had not yet been received. <br /> Accounts tiles. Payables totaling $6,5917.73 were presented to the Board for <br /> review, approval and signatures. Mrs. Botsford stated that she was using a new <br /> warrant effective this month. The change to the warrant is the signature place for the <br /> chairperson at the bottom. <br /> Rent, el r tuenci * Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents aro paid in full at Homeyer <br /> Village, however one resident at Breezy Acres was delinquent, A fourteen-day Notice to <br /> Quit has been issued, but Mrs, Botsford believes that the tenant will come up with the <br /> money soon and we will not need to go to court, A Motion was made by els. <br /> Williams and seconded by Ms Likins to accept the Secretary's report as <br /> presented. The motion was adopted, <br /> PROGRAM RAM UP ATE: <br /> Home er Vil!qge ffifi7): Mrs. Botsford reported that this past month there was Bingo, <br /> as usual and that she had her regular meeting with residents, as well. Topics covered <br /> at the meeting included laundry room and machine usage, building security, what <br /> happens when a resident files a complaint, and confidentiality. <br /> Page I of 3 <br />
