Stuart Peoples, David Harsch, Richard Halpern, Dan Homeyer <br /> and Deborah Battles. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive Director. Mrs. Botsford <br /> welcomed Ms. Battles to the board. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular-meeting held on April 8.f 2004 were presented. A motion was rade <br /> y Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Homeyer to accept the minutes as presented. <br /> The notion was adopted. <br /> TRE SURER"s REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report,, prepared by the fee-accountant,, and a writtenBank Account Status report. <br /> Mrs. Botsford explained that the Budget to Actual report represents through the tenth month of <br /> the fiscal year. <br /> A unt .Payabla _ Payables totaling $12,490.75 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature. <br /> Rent I linguen i : Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer pillage and <br /> Breezy Acres, Homeyer pillage and Breezy Acres are both at 100 occupancy <br /> notion was made by Mr. Halpern and seconded by Mr. Homeyer to accept the <br /> treasurer"s report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE [DIRECTOR"S REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the month of April is <br /> attached to these minutes as Mkach A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford added the following report, which was briefly discussed: <br /> The case that DHCD ruled in our favor regarding an applicant who was denied is <br /> continuing. The applicant has filed a complaint in court to reverse.the decision. <br /> Attorney Pat Grace and I are working on the case together and have filed a motion to <br /> dismiss. Even if the case proceeds, we have a very strong case. f <br /> 1 went to court for review of payment for our small claims cases. The defendant was <br /> ordered to pay $300.00 per month starting in Sun . A case review will be done in <br /> September. <br /> The state audit continues. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
