A quorum declared with the <br /> following r em ers present: E, Stuart Peoples, David Hars h, Richard Halpern, Dan Homeyer <br /> and Deborah Battles. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive [director, <br /> SECRETAR S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on May 1 , 2004 were presented. A motion was made <br /> by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Halpern to accept the minutes as presented. <br /> The motion was adopted <br /> TREASUREWS REPORT: <br /> Bud et to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, and a written Bank Account Status report. <br /> Mrs. Botsford explained that the Budget to Actual report represents through the eleventh month <br /> f the fiscal year. <br /> Accounts Payables_:_ Payables totaling 11,236.65 were presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was.presented to the chairperson for his signature. <br /> Rent l elfin u ncre : Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer Village and <br /> Breezy Acres. H rneyer Village and Breezy-Acres are b th rat 100% occupancy <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Home er and seconded by Mr. Peoples to accept the <br /> ,.,,treasurer's report as presented. The notion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOWS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the beard for the month of May is <br /> -attached-to-these-minutes.-as-Attachment-A.---- <br /> Mrs. Botsford added the following report, which was briefly discussed: <br /> 0 The defendant who was ordered to pay $300.00 per month starting in .dune has not <br /> made any payments yet, I sent a letter to her with a copy to the court. A case review <br /> will be done in September. <br /> 0 The state audit is done and I had the exit conference with the auditors on Thursday, <br /> June 3. As I mentioned in my May report, there were no findings. I am awaiting the <br /> official letter. <br /> 0 1 reviewed the draft RFP (Request for Proposals) than DHCD issued on behalf of four <br /> housing authorities, including Ma hpe , to select a designer for (nodular buildings which <br /> would be eventually built on our existing 705 site (Breezy Acres), I didn't see any errors <br /> and/or changes that were needed. <br /> Page I of I <br />
