Stuart Peoples, David Harsch, Deborah Battles and Dan <br /> Horneyer. Also ire attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive Director. Richard Halpern was <br /> absent. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on October 1 , 2004 were presented. A motion was <br /> made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Homeyer to accept the minim a <br /> presented. The notion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the fourth month <br /> of the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford reminded the board that the figures used under the..annual <br /> budget,".column-are tie figures for the last fiscal year du,e to the fact that we have not yet been <br /> able to.do our budget for this fiscal year. ` Mr's''. Bot sf �d reviewed the report and provided <br /> eplanffifr-a any variances. <br /> Accounts Pa F ables., Payabl s'totali n'g $8,155.40 were presented.to the Board.for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his-signature. <br /> Rent Delin uenci s: Mrs. Botsford stated that Horney r village and Breezy Acres are both at <br /> 100% occupancy and all rents are paid in full at both developments. <br /> A notion was made by Mr. Homeyer and seconded by Nis. Battles to accept the <br /> treasurer's report as presented,.
