Vie <br /> November :LO,. 2005 <br /> THIS'MEETING RYAS A UD.10 TAPED FOR THE PURPOSE OF 7 RA NSCRIP 7 7ONI . <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairperson at :10 p.m. A quorum declared with the <br /> following members present: Richard Halpern, David Harsh, Francis Laporte, and Deborah <br /> Battles, Dari H r eyer was absent. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board <br /> Secretary. <br /> BUDGET REVISION: <br /> Torn .boy, Fee Accountant, presented and explained a necessary revision to the fiscal year 2005 <br /> budget. DHCD requires the board to Grote on any revisions and submit a signed certification <br /> form. Mr. Joy explained that this revision was being done to account for $5,,400.00 we received <br /> from DHCD for extraordinary maintenance. In order to keep this money, it needed to be <br /> accounted for by doing this budget revision. <br /> After discussion, Nor. Laporte moved that the proposed Revision for Operating budget <br /> for state-Aided 4001 Housing of the Mashpee Housing Authority Chapter a <br /> Prams Number 400-1 for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2005 be submitted to the <br /> Department of Housing and Community Development far its review and approval. <br /> Mr, Halpern seconded the motion,which, upon roil call, was passed by a rote of <br /> four4 .to ero * <br /> sE RETARI S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on October 13, 2005 were presented. Mrs, Botsford <br /> mentioned that she mistakenly omitted the fact that the chairperson has asked for any public <br /> comment ent and there was none. She suggested this change to the drafted minutes. A motion <br /> was crude by Mr. Halpern seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the minutes as <br /> amended. The notion was adopted. <br /> TREASUREWS REPORT. <br /> Budget t .A tual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Deport, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the fourth month <br /> of the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford reminded the board that, until their FY 2006budget is <br /> approved, the accountant is using last year's figures in his budget-to-actual reports. She <br /> reviewed and provided an explanation for variances. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $9,164.81 were r presented to the Board for review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature. <br /> Real Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all residents paid in full at Homeyer Village and <br /> Breezy Acres. <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and Bonded by Mr. Halpern to accept the <br /> treasurerfs report as presented.
