Stuart Peoples. David Marsch Dan <br /> Ho ever were absent. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary, and, <br /> representing E. A Fish and Associates attorney Kevin l irrane, Edward Fish, Betsy Collins, Mike Fish, Mike <br /> Binette, and Justin Lamoureux <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> E RIETARY' REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on November ber , 2006 were presented. A motion was made by <br /> Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> B d e o ual andNarrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the bank account <br /> report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> fifth month of the fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an explanation for <br /> variances. firs. Botsford pointed out that the figures on this report are from last gear's approved budget <br /> figures. <br /> Ac <br /> counts Payables: Payables ttaling $11,471.00 were presented to the Board for review, approval and <br /> signatures.The warrant was presented to the vice-chairperson for his signature, <br /> Dent D Iig enci s; Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents paid in full and vire are at 100% occupancy at <br /> both developments. A tenant at Homeyer pillage is expected to move in January, so we will have <br /> another unit turnover. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr. Peoples to <br /> accept the treasures report as presented. The notion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE UTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mrs.. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the month of November and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided an additional short written report, which was discussed. The report was as <br /> follows: <br /> • We've not yet received a response from DHCD about opening the waiting lists for MRVP Project <br /> Based one and two-bedroom units. <br /> • we've n t'yet .received a response from DHCD about changing the unit allotment-for Mashpee <br /> Tillage. <br /> • Today Mrs, Botsford received a phone call from our rep at DH D. He has informed her that <br /> DHCD will not approve the budget as submitted. The fee accountant will be corning to our next <br /> meeting, at which time the board will need to discuss how and whether or not to resubmit the <br /> budget. <br /> We received news that the Asher's Path Senior housing project has received Low Income Housing <br /> Tac Credits. E. A. Fish will be giving an update at our meeting tonight. <br /> Page I of 1 <br />
