A quorum was declared with the following members present: David Harsch, ]ill <br /> Allen, Fran Laporte and Richard Halpern. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board <br /> Secretary. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting Meld on November 13, 2008 were presented. A motion was made b <br /> Mr, Laporte and seconded by Ms, Allen to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S I EPO T: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer`s report including the bank account <br /> report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> fifth month,.of the fiscal year., ,She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an explanation for <br /> variances. <br /> '�',: �.�;..�' Grp <br /> Accounts-Parables: I rs. Botsford present -the war'rar t for the 400 i.account, I IMIP account, and <br /> Section 8 account:were; resen'ted to-the board for revk rw and signatures.. Accounts payables were: For <br /> fi' <br /> overnber 14 2008 thr u h' ece'mber 1l-'2008: $11,975.91 for 001- $7, 1.00 for Section B, nd r . <br /> $21,262.00 for M VP. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that we have all rents paid in full at Homeyer Village and <br /> Asher's Path. We have the one resident at Breezy Acres who our attorney is handling in court. Court <br /> date is not until raid January. Jet motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ids. Allen to <br /> accept the treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the months November and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Ills. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as follows: <br /> • Our new part-time custodian/groundskeeper will be starting next Monday. His name is Bob <br /> langaniello and he will be working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from -noon, assisting <br /> Vincent. <br /> aIle had a .cooking incident Ir at Hor ever Village on Thanksgiving day. A resident left Tupperware <br /> . • ticontainers on the store and the burners where on. Another resident.heard the smoke detector <br /> r; *go ngs off, vent in, and used thio fire extinguisher to put o t.the fire.
