A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members present: David Harsch, Fran Laporte and Richard Halpern. Also In attendance: Leila <br /> Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary and Vincent Gault, Maintenance Superintendent. Jill Allen <br /> was absent. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on January 14, 2009 were presented. A notion was made by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Mr, Halpern to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREA U EW REPORT: <br /> Budget_to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford informed the board that DHCD had approved the fiscal year <br /> 09 budget. She then provided everyone a treasurer's report including the bank account report and the <br /> Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the seventh month of <br /> the fiscal year. She reviewed the budget-to actual and provided an explanation.for variances. <br /> AccountsPayables,' 1rs■ Botsford presented-the warrants for the 4001 account, MRVP account, and <br /> Section c o rnt were-presented to the board for review and signatures. Accounts payables were: For <br /> January 1 ,�2009 through February 12f 2009: $24,169.97 for 4001, $7,251.00 for Section 8, and <br /> $24,096.00 for MRVP. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported we have all rents pain in full at all developments: Breezy <br /> Acres, Homeyer Village and Asher's Path. A motion was made by Nor* Laporte and seconded by Mr. <br /> Halpern to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE E DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the month of January and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Ms. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as follows; <br /> All 7(Horneyer village) & 70Bree y Acres) recertifications have been completed. Annual <br /> inspections will be scheduled for sometime in Larch or April. <br /> • i HCD has approved our budget for Fiscal Year end 09 <br /> I.r ceived permission from the Commonwealth to dispose` fold records.
