A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members present: David Har ch Fran Laporte, Richard Halpern, and]ill Allen. Also In <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary and Vincent Gault, Maintenance <br /> Superintendent. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S EPOF T: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on April 9, 2009 were presented. A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Ids. Allen to accept the minutes with minor changes. The motion <br /> was adopted. <br /> TREASU E "s REPORT: <br /> Bud et to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided everyone a treasurer's report including the bank <br /> account report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents <br /> through the tenth month of the fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an <br /> explanation for variances. <br /> Accounts Payables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for the 4001 account, MRVP account, and <br /> Section 8 account were presented to the board for review and signatures. Accounts payables were: For <br /> April 10, 2009 through May 7, 2009: $18,399.32 for 4001, $8,049.00 for Section 8. and $19,725.00 for <br /> MRVP. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported we have all rents paid in full at Horneyer pillage and her' <br /> Path. one resident at Breezy Acres has promised to pay in full by next Tuesday, A motion was made <br /> by Ms. Allen and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The <br /> motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR" REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had nailed her report to the board for the months of April.and it i <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Ills. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as follows: <br /> 0 The Spectrum audit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3 at Ashers Path. Spectrum is the over- <br /> sight agency in Massachusetts for the LIHTC program. <br /> 0 I am waiting to hear from Sandra Blackman regarding the meeting we are trying to schedule to <br /> discuss the transition from Peabody Properties to Mashpee Housing Authority. I've asked Torn <br /> Joy to attend, and Cathy Hult, Melissa Fish, and Betsy Collins from E.A. Fish/Peabody Properties <br /> will attend as well. <br /> The MHFA MassHo sing management review of the housing authority will be Wednesday, May <br /> 7. I"m in the process of preparing all of the documentation they rewire ahead of time. Vincent <br /> and I will be present for it, and I've asked Torn Joy to be there as well. <br /> • I had a meeting with Asher`s Path residents this past Monday to review the Pet Policy and the <br /> Fire Evacuation Pian. A discussion did come up around the rents and I again explained the rent <br />
