I <br /> OLD 13USI ESS: <br /> Breezy cr y Project: HAc Proposal: Ms. Gisele Gauthier arrived at approximately 6:30 to <br /> discuss the proposal with the Board. A land lease payment for the Breezy Acres property to be developed <br /> was discussed and Ms. Gauthier agreed to a $5..00 0.00 one-time payment, as long as it could be made at <br /> the permanent loan closing. After a short discussion, a motion was made by Mr, Laporte Harsch <br /> and seconded by Mr. Harsch to award the contract for developing the Breezy Acres Expansion <br /> Project to Housing Assistance corporation. The notion was adopted. The board thanked Ms. <br /> Gauthier for attending again and answering questions. <br /> Asher"s Path MHIc Staffin : Mrs. Botsford wanted to update the board on the fact that she had a phone <br /> call with Ms. Sandra Blackman from MHIc right before the meeting to review the progress being rade to <br /> meet the goals and objectives set forth for MHA to take over management of Asher's path. Ms. Blackman <br /> assures Mrs. Botsford that she seemed to be making good progress and encouraged the Erring and <br /> training of more staff people. Mrs. Botsford sought, and received, reassurance from the board to hire a <br /> part-tire assistant property manager to assist Mrs. Botsford at Asher's Path. Mrs. Botsford will proceed <br /> with hiring someone. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Bank account i nature fora - update: Mrs. Botsford provided a TD Bankf orth signatory update form to <br /> be signed by all members. once signed, Mrs. Botsford will provide to TD Bankl orth so that all board <br /> members are allowed to sign checks. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS. <br /> CPA (Community Preservation Act).0 pdaLej Report from liaison: Mr. Halpern had no update to report. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford stated there was nothing that hadn't <br /> already been discussed or presented to the board. Mr. Harsch suggested that some of the Asher"s Path <br /> money be put into a CD account. Mrs. Botsford said that she would do that. <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2009 at :00 PM. A motion was made <br /> by Mfr. Harsch and seconded by Mr. Shackett to adjourn. I ars in the process of selecting the new tenant. <br /> Ashees Path: we had all rants paid in full at Asher"s path and we have two vacancies as of September <br /> 1. 1 have already selected the next two residents from the waiting list and have forwarded to Peabody <br /> -2 - <br />
