Jim McGonagle was n �{ <br /> �r�ated charm and Bill <br /> f Taylor seconded it , Jim McGonagle was uanomously elected <br /> chairman of the committee and Steve Cardin' was nominated and - <br /> elected Secretary . <br /> Coals and objectives of the committee were discussed <br /> ( see <br /> t <br /> attached sheet ) .
