A motion was <br /> made to contact Mr. Reebek of Marine Fisheries to ask for assistance with <br /> one of his staff. Motion was approved unanimously. <br /> Committee discussed extensively the serious problem of high tial} r and the <br /> washout and new outlet which has caused damage: -to the town beach_ <br /> Committee members have viewed the damage at both the town beach acid the <br /> ..fish-ladders at Route 130. <br /> ., <br /> The Chair discussedPT-ogress in condensing a handout pample-t of Waterways- <br /> laws for' Mashpee-Wakeby Pond, and hoped a rough draft would be completed <br /> fr approval at next meeting. <br /> Committee discussed the progress of the Pond Level study Pro rain and <br /> requested from Copservation the list of bidders.
