The Committee
discussed possible compromises from the reported water revel management plan. The Committee agreed
that the primary concern about high water was during fall and winter storms. Detaining more water in the
spring to allow a reserve for dry winters may be an acceptable compromise for the Cottee and
NHS1'.
Committee members reported that groundwater was currently at record high levels. however, the dean,
structure was clean., and surface water levels were not excessive.
Nm. usin .
The Cham reported on his conversations with the Harbormaster regarding night fishing to aments.
The Chairman requested that the regulation prohibiting speeds in excess of 6 mph he inserted in all
tournament notifications.
The Chairman reported that he has obtained addresses of all Dale residents from the Town Assessor and
would like to initiate a newsletter.
