Barbara and Joyce Mason met and reached agreement on the .offending piece in <br /> the-newsletter, which concerned shoreline erosion being harmful to the}long-term health of the pond. <br /> Newsletters ere subsequently mailed,but members felt they should have been notified that the mailing <br /> was.held up. Ed Baker offered to help correct addresses-of retumed newsletters. " <br /> Con lusions: The committee is'no v mare of the policy and Will need to work on getting out newsletters <br /> much sooner to meet this requirement. <br /> end -,�OpIcAl.-Io hjL- <br /> ee Pond-saes <br /> 9 <br /> . _ F <br /> Discussion: Discussion was held on Article 32 in the October Town meeting warrant regarding changes in <br /> Town Code 170. rvat r vat's Committee, Jim Hank.s and Perry Ellis proposed changing the name of <br /> Mashpee Pond to 1 ashpee Wakeby Lake. Terrie Cook supplied Written information shoving how the <br /> proposed changes agreed with the State regulations 323 CNM. This was done for enforcement purposes. <br /> BarbaraTichol's had invited I Ir. Hanks to our meeting to lair'the changes,but he did not return her <br /> -call. Bill Ta lo.r also brought information. Bill Ma stens felt that Wa.terw4ys Cottee should have <br /> included our'committ e'in dis-CUSSIon-S about these changes. Barbara Nichols felt that all SGS maps refer <br /> to Mashp a'Pond,Barnstable County Atlas f Fonds and Lakes refers�t two separate.fettle ponds making <br /> up Mashpee Fond andWakebyPond, and the Town. and <br /> to Mashpee Pond. )Vhy change all wording to ' <br /> -e.... ; ,� e State,which arhara Felty in <br /> Ct.
