He was an abutting landowner to a lot scheduled for a Conservation hearing on Feb. 21. The plan <br /> called for a 4 f . walkway down over a bank, a ramp, and 6 X 1 foot float anchored to the bottom. Safety and environmental concerns were discussed. <br /> Barbara turned a letter in to Conservation from Peter Salenxus outlining some of his concern . Barbara <br /> also called Perry Ellis to get his opinion, and he "didn't see anyp robler with it."
