The float and moving the boats had been withdrawn. However, Sue Spurling, an abutter, <br /> notified Barbara Nichols that a new plan was to be submitted. Their Association board voted 6 for and'6 <br /> against the plan the first week in May. Peter Petraeca,the Assist. Harbormaster, who lives in Birch <br /> Shores, was one ofthose in favor. <br /> Conclusions: The stain have been approved but the final plan is still pending. <br />
