Barbara read the <br /> article on boating regulations that Hans had done for the Summer 2004 newsletter. Mike Richardson <br /> contacted Perry Ellis to determine if there were any boating changes since the 2005 regulations were <br /> written. we want to publish the boating rules in our 20 10 spring newsletter. <br /> The regulations mention boats turning counterclockwise when waterskiing except on Mashpee Wakey <br /> Pond where there is no r e ni endation. Members felt this lack of direction could lead to boating <br /> accidents. There may r be CIM regulations regarding waterskiing on great Ponds. <br /> Conclusions: NEke will continue to try to obtain the latest information from Perry Ellis <br /> eve s, <br /> g. . <br /> Discussion: The lake remains at 55.5 ft. above sea level with 9 and 8.5 inches of water flowing over the <br /> hoard. Rainf dl in Oct. was high. <br /> Conclusions: The lake continues to Tremain at 55.5 ft. <br />
