There <br /> The monthly storytnne for day care providers �r held on No <br /> ere 16 participants. <br /> I attended two excellent <br /> workshops this month provided by S NIS. On November <br /> 5 <br /> l aimed valuable computer knowledge from the workshop entitled egg Up" <br /> Baby on the Web: Pending and Evaluating Parenting Sites". This workshop served <br /> as <br /> a model which could be used to develop a surf session for parent groups in our oven <br /> library. The other workshop, "amore ThanIelpin : Libr�n as educators"led by <br /> Linda Braun, was held on November I and provided a wonderful opportunity for <br /> ane to reflect upon nay role as.a 1Fbrarian and a educator. <br /> r <br /> �' <br /> Librarians' Roundtable Meeting was held on November 1 at the <br /> The Children's g <br /> new Town of Dennis Public Library. 'Also on this day, I attended a Customer Service <br /> Training WOT shop provide by the Town of Mashpee. <br /> I think the highlight of the month was the FamUy Literacy Evening field in celebration <br /> of Children's Book Week on November 18th. In collaboration with the coordinator <br /> of the Nlashp ee Community Partnership CounciL Mary Wilson and I invited <br /> con nunity members to read, held puppet show, a boob n a'ng workshop and <br /> served refreshments to over 30 people. I hope this becomes an annual event! <br />
