They saf in an their meeting and informed the <br /> Trustees of the preliminary ideas for the expansion of the librarl and to update <br /> them as to where things stand at the moment with the architecture plans and the <br /> help that we need. <br /> Ater the Board of Trustees mourned, the ftilding Committee met to somewhat <br /> informally to discuss the upcoming Daffodil Dal and the need to salidifj plans for <br /> a booth and exaztly what they will prosont at the booth. The brochure will <br /> continue to be worKed on with money coming from the Friends of Mashpee as <br /> well as an account the ftilding Committee has to got it printeA. The committee <br /> will have proliminarl renderings on hand for the public to view as well as the <br /> brochure. Staffing the booth on Mal 3`4 and 4'h was addressed as well as <br /> tables, chairs and things of the I-Wo. <br /> i <br /> A letter from Fandall imai was sent to Kevin Connolly regarding square foot <br /> pricing.
