Ed and I reviewed the plansand cane p vit the foliowing: suggestions for the first floor. The second-floor looked fine 'as is. I think.vie need a second book'drop.at the rear,entry.. Most traffic isgoing to be from the parking dot side of the building rather than calk-ups.at the street side. It makes more sense to add a drop box front and.rear.rather than have walkers have to o.-all around the building. In the summer, returns are so heavy that a'second drop box makes-sense. anyway. We've' -swapped a few things around, moving the staff workroom next to the rear vestibule. Adding.-the.drop box with access t'O th - . orlrom would also be convenient for,staff to empty-it. We ra ed the location f the Friends' workroom'with the'staff r'o om. ''It makes-sense to hAVO, the Friends nearer the meeting room. They-have some functions' which use the meeting room, so it-would be easier for.them to move supplies to the meeting room from that location. The staff-room.would be behind the circ area. We currently.have some mobile shelving in our storage room. We would reuse this shlvir , so the storage room should be configured to allow this. I'think you probably have enough space i the storage room as planned, but I mention it because f don't think you-ho-W -. .av e ti s..mobile-shelving I didn't notice any janitor's closets in the plans_ We'would need one on each-floor so the j arnt ors aren't bringing buckets of dirty-.mater from floor to floor.
