Peros requesting a <br /> Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 12' x <br /> 8' addition to an existing single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, and Popponesset Overlay District, at 16 Bluff Avenue, (Map 112 Parcel 93), <br /> Mashpee,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 13, 2017 and October 20, 2017 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpce Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout;Chairman,Jonathan Furbush,Vice Chairman, <br /> William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Dom DeBarros, and Associate Member, <br /> Norman J. Gould. <br /> Mr. Peros represented himself for small 12' x 8' addition in the back of the house <br /> off the current back bathroom and that will house a laundry, and to access to the basement. <br /> The only access to the basement is through the bulk head. He provided the board with a <br /> certified plot plan and rendering of the addition. <br /> The Board read the Board of Health, Inspection and Conservation comments into <br /> the record. There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The subject property located at 16 Bluff Avenue is approximately 7,860 square feet. <br /> There were one abutter letter read into the record. <br /> 1 <br />
