Van Durme <br /> 141 James Circle (Map 71 Parcel 183) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2017-72 <br /> Associate, Sharon Sangeleer read the Board of Health, Conservation, and <br /> Inspection Department comments into the record. The DPW comments confirmed there is <br /> plenty of parking, and a curb cut permit is required. <br /> The subject property located at 141 James Circle is approximately 24,381 square <br /> feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday,December 13,2017,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue <br /> a Special Permit for an accessory apartment with the following conditions; under Section <br /> 174-45.4, specifically Item 1, of the Town of Mashpee Zoning Bylaws and a Proposed <br /> Septic System Upgrade Plan--- 141 James Circle, Mashpee, MA.
