MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> Patrick M. O'Connor and Sharon M. O'Connor <br /> 66 Massasoit Avenue (Map 72 Parcel 30) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2017-68 <br /> The Mashpce Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, December 13,2017. The Board voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding <br /> based on the following conditions; a Site Plan of Land: dated 12/11/2017 to add Easterly <br /> Setbacks, Prepared for Patrick and Sharon O'Connor showing the proposed deck, <br /> Assessors Map 72 Parcel 30, 66 Massasoit Avenue, Mashpee, MA. Scale: 1" = 20', dated <br /> August 11,2017.By: John Doyle,PLS, 508-563-1994, 170 Cloverfield Way,E. Falmouth, <br /> MA. Signed by John Doyle, on 8117117. Also conditioned on all Town department <br /> comments read into the record, and conditioned that the approval is for an open deck, with <br /> no enclosure of the deck or roof structure without coming back to the Board for further <br /> review and approval. <br /> 4 <br />
