Any Appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of <br /> said filing. <br /> This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable <br /> County Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town <br /> Clerk the next business day after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal phase, <br /> - which lasts through Q C; 6eW 0 3, du--)J'�_ <br /> Special Permits shall lapse two years after date of grant.
