combined lots, because of the unusual shape of the lots,we still only have 143.25 Ft of <br /> frontage. However, in this neighborhood that would be considered a lot of frontage. <br /> Most of the houses in the immediate area have considerably less than that,see <br /> attached pictures. It is our opinion that a slightly larger house on the combined lots <br /> 5. would be much more appealing than two houses on two different lots. <br /> We feel that granting these variances can be done without deviating from the spirit and <br /> intent of the zoning bylaws and would be a benefit to the neighborhood and the value of the <br /> surrounding houses. <br /> We respectfully request that the board grant us these four variances so we can move forward <br /> with the project. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Kevin M.
