Seaward Investments, LLC <br /> 62 Waterway (Map 105 Parcel 211) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2017-36 <br /> Board Member Scott Goldstein asked Mike Mendoza for clarification regarding the <br /> elevation in respect to a walk-out on the left side of the building depicted on page SK-5 of <br /> the proposed building plans. Mr. Mendoza said that if the building is exposed more than <br /> 50% of the foundation then it will be a concern for the Board to address. But because the <br /> drawing is roughly drawn it can be determined at the time of permitting. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the Conservation Department comments into the record and <br /> the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, July 12, 2017, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Written Finding with the following conditions: <br /> I.
