MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> . Seaward Investments, LLC <br /> 62 Waterway (Map 105 Parcel 211) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2017-36 <br /> Board Member Scott Goldstein asked Mike Mendoza for clarification regarding the <br /> elevation in respect to a walk-out on the left side of the building depicted on page SK-5 of <br /> the proposed building plans. Mr. Mendoza said that if the building is exposed more than <br /> 50% of the foundation then it will be a concern for the Board to address. But because the <br /> drawing is roughly drawn it can be determined at the time of permitting. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the Conservation Department comments into the record and <br /> the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, July 12, 2017, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Written Finding with the following conditions: <br /> I. Plot Plan-Proposed House and Subsurface Sewage Disposal System Upgrade, <br /> Prepared for Chris &Nancy Burden, 62 Waterway,Mashpee,MA., Scale: I" <br /> 20', Date: May 11, 2017, Drawn: MRT, TB, checked by: JER, Job Number: <br /> 16186, Title: Site Plan & SSDS Profile, Drawing Number: B24-75. <br /> 2. House Plans --Burden Residence, 62 Waterway, Mashpee, MA., Archi-Tech <br /> Associates, Inc., First Floor PIan, Job No: 1618, Date: 26 May 2017, Scale: as <br /> noted, Drawn: KMW, Issued for review, SK-2, SK-3: Second Floor Plan, SK- <br /> 4: Elevations, SK-5 Elevations. <br /> 3. Conditioned upon all Town department comments read into the record. <br /> 4. Conditioned upon the applicant submitting to the Building Commissioner that <br /> the building plans depict that not more than 50% of both sides of the elevation <br /> of the building will be exposed. <br /> 3 <br />
