MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A VARIANCE <br /> John F. Gillis, Jr. <br /> 18 Shorewood Drive (Map 58 Parcel 34) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2017-09 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> February 22, 2017, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a right <br /> sideline Variance which was approved at a Town Meeting vote, and is an administrative <br /> only Variance under Section 32 Chapter 40 in the amount of 10 ft. altering 25 ft. down to <br /> 15 ft. Mr. Blaisdell added that once approved by the Town it will comply with the October <br /> 2016 Town Meeting. This is considered an administrative timing issue and all other <br /> setbacks and criteria of this Variance request have been met. This Variance is also based <br /> upon the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2.
